Who we are
A family-run roofing contractor with our own paint factory next door.
LaRenova SA is a roofing contractor based in Paarl and Kraaifontein. Our sister company, FuturSeal, makes the paint, primers and waterproofing products that we apply on every job.
That means we know what is in the product, we know how it behaves on a Cape roof in summer, and we stand behind it: 8 years on products, 1 year on workmanship.
We have been trading under LaRenova since January 2024, and we handle any size project. Weather it is an asbestos roof on your home or a large factory roof – we are fully equipped to complete your job with a certified team.

Roof painting
Strip, prime and paint roofs across the Boland and Cape Winelands using paint we make ourselves.
Waterproofing
Flat roofs, parapets, valleys and patio decks. We diagnose the leak and fix it with our own membrane.
Asbestos removal
Safe removal and disposal of old fibre-cement roofs, with a modern replacement in the same booking.
Thermal coating
Reflective coating that drops surface temperature on warehouse, factory and low-pitch metal roofs.
Maintenance & repairs
Annual checks, gutter cleans, broken-tile replacement and the small jobs that keep a roof working.
New roof installation
Full roof replacements and new builds — trusses, sheeting or tile, flashings, gutters, waterproofing.

Do you give a written quote?
Yes. Every job gets a written, fixed-price quote with the exact steps. This way you know exactly what you will be getting. We do a site inspection every time — this way we can ensure the correct solution for your problem.
How long is the warranty?
8 years on the products we apply, 1 year on our workmanship. Both are documented in your signed quote.
Do you work outside the Boland?
We cover the Boland, Cape Winelands and Greater Cape Town from our Kraaifontein office. Outside that range we’ll quote travel separately.
Why do you make your own paint?
Our sister company – FuturSeal – manufactures it. Quality is important and we know exactly what’s in the tin, we can adjust it for the job, and the warranty stays in one company.
How quickly can you start?
Once a quote is approved, normally within 7 to 10 days — sooner for emergency repairs.
