Roof painting
We strip, prime and paint roofs across the Boland and Cape Winelands using paint we make ourselves. Our sister company, FuturSeal, manufactures the paint — so we know what is in it and how it behaves on a roof in the Cape sun.
What you get
A proper paint job, fully documented.
- Site visit, condition report and a written quote with line items.
- High-pressure clean, rust treatment and primer where the roof needs it.
- Two top coats of FuturSeal roof paint in the colour you pick.
- Touch-up of flashings and minor sealing as part of the job.
- 8 years on the paint, 1 year on workmanship.
How we work
From first call to sign-off.
- We come to site, walk the roof and write up what is needed.
- You get a fixed-price quote, usually within two working days.
- On approval we book the job, normally within two to three weeks.
- We work in dry weather only — no painting on a wet roof.
- On completion we walk the roof with you and sign off.

How long does a roof paint job take?
Most homes take three to five working days, weather depending. Bigger industrial roofs run longer.
Do you work in winter?
Yes, on dry days. We watch the forecast and only paint when the roof is properly dry.
Can you match an existing colour?
In most cases, yes. Because we make the paint, we can mix close to a sample you give us.
