A reflective coating that drops the surface temperature of your roof in summer. Useful on warehouses, factories, schools and any flat or low-pitch metal roof in the Cape sun. Applied like roof paint, behaves like insulation.

How much cooler does my building actually get?
Surface temperature drops are large — measured in tens of degrees Celsius. Indoor temperature drops vary with insulation, ventilation and building type. We do not promise a specific number.
