Waterproofing
Flat roofs, parapets, valleys, gutters and patio decks. We diagnose the leak, fix it properly and back it up with our own product. We make the membranes ourselves — so we are not selling somebody else’s tin.

How we work
Inspect, quote, apply, sign-off.
- Inspection visit and written report.
- Quote with the system specified per area.
- Booking, prep and application — usually two to four days.
- Sign-off walk with you on completion.
- We come back if anything moves in the first year.

Can you waterproof over an existing system?
Sometimes. We test adhesion first. If the old layer is loose or cracked we strip it before we go on.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell?
Yes, our warranty stays with the property. We just need the new owner’s contact details on file.
